Are there any delicacies in your country that ordinary people do not dare to taste?
Have you ever tried Taiwan’s century egg or stinky tofu before?
Food not only presents our daily life, but also demonstrates the country’s culture and history, additionally;the uniqueness of each country’s culture could easily be seen in ingredients,methods of cooking, or even seasoning. However, some local cuisines that aretoo “special” for foreigners to try out of their bizarre ingredients or rareflavors.
King Car Cultural and Educational Foundation, an NGO based in Taiwan, is looking for participants for the YouTube series – Cultural Passage to the World. This project aims to discuss different cultures and cultural celebrations around the world and enlighten more people with intercultural understanding and respect.
Are there any specialties in your country that most foreigners do not dare to try? In the third episode of Cultural Passage to the World, we would love to know more about the bizarre and terrifying food in your country!
